We’re pleased to announce the addition of Dean Sather to the Merjent team! Dean Sather, Senior Environmental Analyst, brings more than 20 years of nationwide experience as an environmental consultant and archaeologist. He is experienced with permitting and knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements involved in the permitting and construction of utility projects to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
Mr. Sather also manages and provides technical oversight for National Historic Preservation Act compliance-based cultural resources investigations for projects throughout the Central and Western United States. Mr. Sather holds an M.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology from the University of Kansas and a B.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology from Moorhead State University.
