Merjent’s Leslie TeWinkel, Ph.D. is participating as a faculty member in Minnesota CLE’s Environmental Institute today with her presentation “Project Planning and Compliance Case Studies under the Federal Endangered Species Act in Minnesota.”
This session provides an overview of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) along with recent statutory and regulatory changes. Discussion will focus on the most important issues from the past year impacting the ESA. The session will also highlight examples of project planning and compliance under the ESA, including under Sections 7 and 10.
