Science’s answer to the energy shortage? Following the technological advances of the Second World War, nuclear generating power plants were built across the county. Now nuclear power is again being promoted as an efficient and reliable source of energy that avoids many environmental issues associated with traditional generation sources. We know that renewing nuclear generating energy facility licenses and that developing new facilities requires a thorough understanding of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements. Our experience with the NRC and other regulatory processes provides a solid foundation for supporting the next generation of projects in the nuclear industry.
